Definitions

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published separately on the ace55 game Platform.

Eligibility

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. ace55 game employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed and all deposits made — is your responsibility. Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified will result in a hold on withdrawals until verification is completed.

Deposits & Payments

All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ace55 game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed within the deposit section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. ace55 game reserves the right to return deposits that originate from unverified or third-party payment sources and to request supporting documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Account dashboard to any verified payment method registered on your Account. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ace55 game processes withdrawal requests promptly upon verification; however, final receipt of funds is also subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL).

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ace55 game Account.
• ace55 game may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace55 game may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. General bonus principles applicable to all ace55 game promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including through multiple accounts or coordinated group activity — is prohibited.

Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the ace55 game Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant game or sport section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to betting outcomes; these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game settings, or system operation, ace55 game reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and refund stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and unintended error that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. ace55 game's determination of a manifest error is final.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the recognised governing body or official result provider for that sport or event. ace55 game reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is subject to official review or protest.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace55 game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game states to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting fraud.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Facilitating access by persons under the age of 18.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.

Amendments to These Terms

ace55 game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the update notice. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting ace55 game support. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
